Notwithstanding any choice of law provision included in these terms of use, this arbitration agreement is subject to the arbitration act as per the laws applicable in the city of St. Louis, Missouri U.S.A. or Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The arbitration will take place exclusively in the city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Any court having jurisdiction may enter judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s). The only claims excluded from this arbitration provision are claims for which mandatory arbitration would be invalid as a matter of applicable law.     In the event of any claim, the prevailing party shall be entitled to additionally recover reasonable legal expenses and costs, including attorney’s fees, from the other party.
